Nicholas Waters  has forced his way into Australian Road racing in a big way.

After beginning racing at the age of four Nicholas has accomplished some amazing results. He made his way up through the ranks of Motocross, Dirt track and enduro before he found his true passion in road racing.

Some of Nicholas'  achievements include:

  • Recipient of the 2012 Kirk McCarthy Memorial Award
  • Two podium's in the 2011 Australian Supersport Championship
  • 1st place at the 2011 Victoria Dirt Track Championships in the 450 class, over 450 class and all powers class
  • 10th outright in the 2011 Hattah Desert Race (finished in front of many full time factory team riders)
  • 1st place at round 4 of the Australian Formula Oz Superbike Championships
  • 3rd place Overall at the 2011 Moto GP Superbike Support Race (first National Race on a Superbike)

The Waters family has a strong heritage in International Motorsport, Nicholas has two Brothers that are both currently involved in high level motorcycle racing.

Nicholas is an extremely talented motorcycle racer in any shape or form. He continues to show his desire and dedication to fight his way to the top on and off the track. He currently trains five days a week with a personal trainer and spends as much time possible training on bikes.

Nicholas commenced his career in Motorcycle Racing at the age of 4, quickly rising through the dirt bike racing ranks starting on a 50cc motorcycle and moving through to a 250cc bike in later years. Nicholas has won two Australian Championships and also has several state titles to his name amongst numerous podium finishes.

Nicholas made the transition to road racing on a 150cc in the junior ranks in 2008, securing podium results in a consistent effort during his maiden season in road racing.

In 2009 Nicholas stepped up to the 125cc Grand Prix bike series achieving excellent results throughout the year.

2010 saw Nicholas contest the Australian Superstock 600 championship as well as the Belray 6 Hour endurance race. Nicholas and his team mate won the 2010 Australian Superstock endurance Championship.

Nicholas competed in the Australian Supersport Championship as a privateer rider in 2011. He managed 2 podium finishes and some fantastic results throughout the year.

Superbike World Championship is the international superbike championship, and national superbike championships are held in many countries as well, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Canada and Australia.
